If one passes a place where a miracle was done for the nation of Israel- he makes the Bracha "Baruch ata A-donai E-lokenu Melech HaOlam SheAsah Nissim LaAvotenu BaMakom Hazeh"(Tur Orah Haim 216:1-2).

Halacha Yomi(m) 42, 43, 44-

1)One must have in mind, when he puts on Talit Gadol- Talit Katan also(Od Yosef Hai, Bereshit 1).
2)If someone's Talit Gadol fell off, if he had the intention of putting it back on- he doesn't have to bless again, but if he didn't- then he has to bless again (Sham 3).
3)When one puts on Talit Gadol, they should kiss all the strings together(Sham 5).

Halacha Yomi(m) 39,40, 41-

1)The Minhag is for women not to say Bircat HaLevana(Yalkut Yosef[Small version] Madoim 426:8).
2)A boy that is about to be Bar Mitzvah[one month before] shouldn't pray Birchat HaLevna with the congregation, rather wait until he is bar Mitzvah'ed(Sham 10).
3)Birchat Halavena must be said standing (Sham 11).

Halacha Yomi(m) 37,38-

1)Between Az Yashir, and Yishtabach-one cannot stop, not even to place Teffelin, or Talit(KAf HaHayim Philagi,14:1).

2)When one says the Bracha of Yotzer Ohr, he should kiss the Teffilin of the hand, and not of the head(Kaf HaHayim Philagi, 14:2).

When one puts on the Talit, they must have in mind-the Mitzvah of Tzitzit (Numbers 15:38). It is also important to have in my, that this Mitzvah is governed by time(Ben Ish Hai, Bereshit 1).

From the original law one is allowed to get a hair cut on Rosh Hodesh, and that is our minhag today. This doesn't apply to women. The Chassidim of Rabbi Yehudah-are a little skeptical about it, and don't get haircuts(Yalkut Yosef[Small version]Moadim, 1:3).

(Continued from yesterday). Women that work to make the lively hood in the house don't have to follow this. Rather they should just try to work a little less hard(Yalkut Yossef, [Small version], Moadim, 1:2).

Random Halacha, not like the regular ones.
Erev Rosh Hodesh people are allowed to do Melacha(Work etc...). It is customary for women not to do work on this time(Yalkut Yossef,Moadim[Small version], 1:1).
