65) If there is isn't a Cohen in the Shul, then you call Yisrael instead, but for the second Aliyah we do NOT call up a Levi (Sham 4:4:5).
66) After 7 Olim, we are allowed to bring up anothe Cohen, or Levi (Sham 4:4:8, and Mishnah B'rurah 35).
67) A Cohen that committed sins, even grave ones can still do Birchat Cohanim (Sham 4:4:11).
