Rosh Chodesh-

The first day of the Jewish month is called Rosh Chodesh, we read the Torah, and have 4 Aliot. We say Hallel. We say Ya'leh V'Yavo, and if you don't say it at Shachrit, or Mincha we repeat Sh'moneh Esreh.
